Career & Leadership Coaching for Women

We got in touch with Jackie Williams because we were looking for a coach to talk to our employees about women's empowerment at work. 

Her passion for pursuing positive change impressed us from the first moment.

She conducted a workshop to raise awareness of the challenges women face at work due to unconscious gender bias and the impact these obstacles have on women's career development and success.

The session was truly eye-opening and provided us with practical tools and strategies to create a more inclusive environment that values and supports the development of all employees. 

We strongly believe that the seminar was an excellent learning experience, both for our female and male employees.

Jackie delivered a workshop for our colleagues who are working parents, providing them with advice and guidance about juggling work and family responsibilities. 

The session itself was informative, providing colleagues with some coping techniques as well as worksheets to takeaway.
