What's included?

The programme consists of:   


1 x 90-minute kick-off session – to get super clear on your work-life goal. 


7 x 60-minute online sessions – to work through any obstacles standing in your way and to maintain accountability.  


Coaching exercises to complete in your own time (oh yes I do set homework!)  


You can also take advantage of further support between sessions via email which provides you with continued accountability and sharing of major achievements.     


The programme will be bespoke to you but there are a number of tools that we may take advantage of: 


  • Goal setting exercises - to help you get super clear about what will bring you work-life fulfilment. 
  • Self-sabotage identification and removal - so that you can spot when you're self-sabotaging your plans and make different choices. 
  • Limiting beliefs identification and removal - so you have the confidence in your own strengths and abilities to create the career and work-life that you really want.
  • Career values elicitation - to establish the core of what is truly important to you.  You'll be able to use this as a guide to making career decisions and working in alignment with what makes you genuinely happy. 
  • Techniques to beat procrastination - practical strategies to help you get that shit done! 
  • Strategies for stress and overwhelm reduction - because life still throws curve balls and you want to have the resilience levels to enable a quick bounce back. 
  • Planning for difficult situations or conversations to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome. 
  • Identifying and setting boundaries to promote work-life balance. 
  • Well-being strategies - because you are important too!

FAQs

Q.  I'm so busy, how will I fit all of this in? 


You can book each session in one at a time so that you can be as flexible as you need to be.  Ideally the programme will run over 4 months but I won't be putting you in detention if you go over that!  This is YOUR programme, it has to work for you!


Q.  Will you make me change my job?    


No.  There are so many elements that make up work-life fulfilment.  We will explore those that are impacting you in your working-life and create action plans to ensure you can 


Q.  This is quite an investment.  How do I know it's worth it? 


This IS quite an investment.  And not just a financial one.  This is an investment of time and energy too!  I want to make sure you are absolutely committed to this process - that is the only way you will get the results you are looking for.  If you make this investment and committment to yourself and you are prepared to put the work in, then it will absoultely be worth it for you!


Q.  Can I pay in instalments?


Yes, I have a payment plan.  The upfront cost of the programme is £1,249.  The payment plan is 4 x monthly payments of £342.  You do make a saving of £119 if you pay upfront. 


Q.  Can my employer pay for this? 


Absolutely!  I can even help you put a business case together to take to your manager. 


Q.  Can't I just do this for myself? 


Yes you could but for some reason you haven't.  I'll be able to quickly spot any limiting beliefs that you might hold that are getting in your way and provide tools and techniques to move past them.  You absolutley could work through this stuff for yourself, it will just be a whole lot quicker with me supporting you and keeping you accountable!


Q.  This sounds amazing but I just don't think it will work for ME!


If you believe that then it will be true!  You have the power to decide that you are important enough to do this work on yourself.  The only way this won't make positive changes to your life is if you don't do the work!


One of my favourite coaching exercises is asking my clients to imagine they are 90 years and looking back at their life.  Do that now!  What advice would you give to yourself right now?  


Would it be to carry on as you are, feeling stuck and miserable? Or would you say that now is the time to finally take back control and create a happier life?
